Broccoli spread

Superfood on your bread: Broccoli is not only rich in vitamins and minerals. It’s also low in calories and contains secondary plant substances , so-called antioxidants, which protect the body from free radicals. These are highly reactive oxygen compounds that are produced in the body by various influences such as UV radiation, medications, exhaust fumes, environmental toxins, or stress. The result is oxidative stress, which can cause cell damage, accelerate the aging process, and trigger various diseases.
