(Best used fresh.)
Application
The water temperature for a full, three-quarter, or half herbal bath should be between 35 and 38°C. The recommended bath duration is 15 to 20 minutes. For individuals with circulatory issues, a three-quarter or half bath is preferable, as a full bath may be too taxing. After an herbal bath, it’s recommended to rest for at least 30 minutes.
