Wormwood tea

Bon Appétit with Wormwood

Wormwood is an excellent herb for those suffering from loss of appetite. Its main active ingredient, absinthin, gives it a bitter taste, which stimulates saliva production and increases gastric acid secretion. Besides helping with appetite, wormwood can also be effective for bloating, feeling of fullness, and even insomnia. However, caution is necessary: excessive consumption of wormwood can lead to nausea and vomiting.

  • 100 ml brandy
