Quarantine Smoothie

A strong immune system is crucial for everyone, as highlighted during the coronavirus pandemic. Vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, and E play a key role in maintaining immunity. A smoothie packed with these essential vitamins is a daily must-have for overall health.


Ingredients

  • 3 oranges

  • 1 apple

  • 1 carrot

  • ½ lemon

  • 400 ml water

  • A few drops of Sacha Inchi oil (rich in Omega-3)


Preparation

  1. Peel and remove the seeds from the oranges.

  2. Core the apple and cut all ingredients into small pieces.

  3. Add everything to a blender and blend on high speed for one minute.

  4. Add a few drops of Omega-3-rich oil (e.g., Sacha Inchi oil).

  5. Adjust the thickness by adding up to 400 ml of water, then blend on low speed for 20 seconds.

  6. Enjoy your vitamin-packed smoothie!


Shelf Life

This smoothie should be consumed fresh.


Usage

  • During quarantine: Drink 2–3 glasses daily.

  • Outside of quarantine: As often as possible for immune support.
