Walnut Leaves for Hot Flashes
Progesterone is a sex hormone often referred to as the cycle and pregnancy hormone. Scientists have discovered that progesterone from walnut leaves is identical to that found in humans. It is no surprise, then, that walnut leaves have long been used to alleviate women’s health issues, particularly menopausal symptoms.

1 L red wine
30 g walnut leaves
