Make Your Own Natural Antibiotic

In the Middle Ages, people suffered from diseases and deadly epidemics. They relied on natural ingredients for remedies. This recipe for a powerful natural antibiotic originates from medieval Europe. It fights various bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi such as Candida, while also improving blood circulation and lymphatic flow. The combination of active ingredients makes it an extremely effective remedy against numerous pathogens.


Ingredients

  • 1 L apple cider vinegar
  • 35 g garlic, peeled and grated
  • 100 g onions, peeled and finely diced
  • 25 g fresh hot chili peppers
  • 35 g fresh ginger, washed and finely grated
  • 25 g fresh horseradish, peeled and finely grated
  • 40 g fresh turmeric root, washed and finely grated
  • ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp raw honey

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients except apple cider vinegar in a bowl, mix well, and transfer to a glass jar.
  2. Pour apple cider vinegar over the mixture until fully covered, seal the jar, and shake well.
  3. Store in a cool, dry place for two weeks, shaking the jar several times a day.
  4. After two weeks, strain the liquid and transfer it to a clean bottle.
  5. The remaining spice mixture can be used for cooking. The liquid is your homemade natural antibiotic.
  6. No refrigeration needed – it stays fresh for a long time.

Shelf Life

As long as the mixture smells and tastes fresh, it can be used for up to three months or longer.


Application

⚠ Warning: This mixture is very strong and spicy. Test in small amounts first to ensure tolerance.

  • Dilute with water if needed, or take it pure for stronger effects.
  • Daily dosage: 1 tbsp to boost the immune system. Can be mixed into 150 ml water.
  • Gradually increase the dose daily until reaching a small liqueur glass amount. Can be diluted with water.
  • For acute illnesses: Take 1 tbsp of the antibiotic 5–6 times per day (diluted in water) before, during, or after meals. More effective on an empty stomach.
  • As a preventive cure: Take it for two weeks, then pause for four weeks, and repeat for another 14 days.
  • A slice of orange or lemon helps neutralize the spiciness after intake.
  • This mixture can also be used in cooking. Mixed with olive oil, it makes a healthy salad dressing.
