Wild Herb Tea

Tea helps in (almost) all situations, but – who would have thought – it can also help after a heavy meal. So, if you’ve indulged and your full stomach is bothering you, the right tea can offer some relief. The following tea blend is recommended:


Ingredients

Equal parts of:

  • Boldo leaves

  • Centaury

  • Peppermint leaves

  • Caraway seeds

  • Bitter orange peel

  • Lemon balm leaves

  • Chamomile flowers

  • Rose hips


Preparation

  • Pour 2-3 teaspoons of the herb mix over 1/4 liter of boiling water.

  • Let it steep for 10 minutes.


Shelf Life

  • Best enjoyed freshly prepared.


Application

  • Drink up to three cups daily without sweetening.

  • Note: Peppermint should not be used continuously for long periods.
