Ingredients

  • 40 grams plantain
  • 30 grams licorice root
  • 30 grams thyme
  • 30 grams fennel
    (Ingredients for the base mix, sufficient for 2 weeks.)

Preparation

Let the herbal mixture steep in boiled water for at least 10 minutes, then strain. The tea should be consumed hot or at least warm, as this allows for the best absorption.

Shelf Life

Freshly prepared, to be consumed within 12 months.

Usage

  • Per cup: Approx. 2 teaspoons of the mixture.
  • Recommended daily intake: 1 liter in most cases.
